Create a spacious, gracious family home from a rundown original dark brick federation house whose best asset was its tall street presence & spacious grounds.

The grand front areas of the house were kept, revived and reinvigorated, while the rear was removed & reconstructed in a sympathetic manner; the house visually broadened & opened to the gardens through expansive new terracing; internals were opened up & reimagined throughout as modern yet in keeping with the spirit of the original.
