T1 House – Woollahra
A derelict heritage house is stripped back, enlarged & reinvented as a contemporary family estate
Noble proportions of the major spaces are reinforced and mirrored in a new contemporary addition as natural light is brought into formerly dark spaces. The house is reoriented to take advantage of its spreading landscape & distant views. Restoration of remnant original detail is complemented by considered new detailing
The crisp & bold internal palette reflects the owners lifestyle. The softer exterior palette sits comfortably in the enveloping lush green park-like garden
